Snapshot Quest
The 1.2 updates to Genshin Impact added a slew of new quests. The Genshin Impact Snapshots quest, also known as the Kamera Gadget quest, is one of the many new quests available in the new update.
How to get the kamera gadget?
The quest starts with a conversation with Xu, who is standing near Xingxi of Mingxing Jewelry shop in Liyue Harbor. To complete the Snapshots quest in Genshin Impact, you must find and deliver the picture to the customer.
After completing this quest, you will gain access to a new gadget called Kamera. The Kamera gadget enables you to take quick and high-resolution photos. You can later locate those snapshots on your computer, mobile device, or console and share them on social media platforms.
You must find the customers to deliver the pictures, but it is very difficult to find them. To complete the Snapshot quest you should read the walkthrough guide and tips.
Snapshot quest walkthrough:
- Talk to Xu at Liyue Harbor.
- Deliver the pictures to the customers (Tea Master Lu Su & Granny Shan).
- Back to Xu.
Talk to Xu at Liyue Harbor:
Xu assigns the quest to the players. He is a Genshin Impact NPC who can be found just south of the teleporter in the northwest corner of Liyue Harbor.
Deliver the pictures to the customers (Granny Shan & Tea Master Liu Su):
When a task is accepted, the map will show a general area where players can locate the two customers. Granny Shan and Liu Su are the two customers.
To Granny Shan:
Granny Shan is a toy vendor across the plaza from the Jade Mystery and northeast of the Chihu Rock teleporter. Players must once again converse with the customer and select the "About the Kamera..." conversation option. After finishing the conversation with Granny Shan, find the next customer Tea Master Liu Su.
To Liu Su:
Tea Master Liu Su is on the second floor of a stage northeast of Xu, next to the staircase leading to the Northland Bank. Players must initiate a conversation with Tea Master Liu Su and select the "About the Kamera..." option.
Complete the quest "Deliver the picture to the customer" by finishing the conversation with Liu Su.
Back to Xu and finishing the Snapshot Quest:
Players must report back to Xu after delivering the picture to the customers. Xu insists on receiving the prototype Kamera as a reward. Furthermore, after finishing their conversation with Xu, players will receive two Hero's Wit and 20,000 Mora.
