Instructions
Firstly you will go to talk with Diona. After the conversation with Diona, look for the first kitty on Mondstadt's rooftops.
After finding the first kitty, go to Roger and make a conversation with him about finding the second kitty. You will find the kitty near the Blacksmith.
Then make a conversation with Nelson to find the final kitty. The last kitty will be founded near the Cathedral.
