How to Solve the Mystery of the Ancient Arcadian Ruins - Genshin Impact Secret Pirate Treasure

When you approach Kaeya in the garden outdoors, a cutscene will immediately begin.

He'll tell you about a hidden family treasure that's been stashed in an unknown place to keep it safe from hungry pirates.

Your goal is to gather as much information as can about the prize while keeping everything under wraps.

Return to the Knights of Favonius headquarters and inquire about the prize with the two members outside the building. 

They won't tell you anything, so go back to Kaeya for a change of pace.

After speaking with him, agree to meet the source just outside Mondstadt in the Whispering Woods, as he has a black market lead that claims to lead to the buried chest.

Vile, the informant will be escaping a gang of raucous Hillichurls when you arrive. Defeat them and you'll get your first puzzle piece.

 

Solve the puzzle - Three six-armed giants live in the lakeside city. The statue is guarded by two people, while the wealth is guarded by one. 

"Three six-armed giants inhabit the city in the lake," Vile rewards you for saving her life with a free clue about the treasure's location. Two protect the statue, one guards the treasure" - along with a cryptic map.

Mondstadt, we may deduce, is the city on the lake.

The goddess statue may also be seen in the visual clue, which is located in the city's far northwestern corner.

Take a look at the cityscape and see if anything "six-armed" catches your eye.

It's the windmills, of course!

A common chest may be found by climbing atop the windmill on the statue's southern flank.

To open that section of the map, you'll probably have to travel to the adjacent Statue of the Seven.

You'll notice a waterfall on the southern side of the spring if you make your way there.

Climb all the way to the top of the cliff, and you'll notice three small poles with icicle emblems adjacent to the waterfall. Another chest will emerge if you employ a cryo elemental assault as Kaeya does.

The final map, with an X marking the area, is shown after you open this chest.

Your destination is in the Falcon Coast area, about south of the archipelago southeast of Mondstadt.

A cave opening may be found near the map point.

Hillichurls and flame traps can be found in the interior. For a brief period, use Kaeya's cold element assaults to switch off the flame traps.

Interact with the machinery in the first enormous room and defeat the jelly foes within the time restriction. Use AoE strikes with a broad range, such as Lisa's elemental burst and Kaeya's special.

The quest's tale progresses in the second area, and you'll have to face the major boss: a Ruin Guard.

You're in luck since defeating a Ruin Guard is one of the tasks in your Adventurer's Handbook.

To inflict statuses on the Ruin Guard, employ your party's various elemental attacks, then use a ranged character like Amber to target the glowing core weak area for extra damage.

The mission ends when the Ruin Guard boss is defeated, and the loot is yours!
